With over 1,000 team members now calling The Wenger Group home, we are looking to partner with surrounding schools and organizations to help students identify a career path in agriculture, which provides ample room for career growth and advancement.

Our team is available to speak to your students about the importance of agriculture to our economy and the opportunities for career growth in the industry. We have individuals in manufacturing, transportation, and support services available to come to your school to discuss career opportunities in the exciting field of agriculture.

Internships

We offer internship opportunities for both high school, technical school, and college students. High school and technical school student opportunities are available on an as-needed basis. College students can apply for internships for the summer season (May-August). Opportunities are typically available in manufacturing, logistics, sales and marketing, human resources, flock services, and nutrition.
