Join our Shippensburg Mill Team!

We serve the Mid-Atlantic region making feed for poultry and swine farms. Our customers provide dairy, pork, poultry, and egg products to nearly 20% of the United States population. As part of the Shippensburg Mill team, you’ll be helping us Feed the World!

You won’t be alone! We have a robust team of experienced trainers to help get you up and running. We also have a team of supervisors that help support you throughout your shift.

Who we’re looking for! We have immediate openings for Mill Technicians, Mill Maintenance Technicians, a Mill Supervisor, and a newly-created position of Transportation and Logistics Supervisor.

History. The Shippensburg Mill was the first mill built by the company in its history! Opened in 1999, the mill has experienced tremendous growth in its history. Wenger Feeds is in an established industry, agriculture, that is stable and growing. Join our team and come grow with us!
